My sophomore year of college I was still a skinny wimp even though I played sports and lifted weights. I was constantly frustrated by my lack of progress. It seemed like no matter what I did or how hard I worked I couldn’t get any bigger or stronger.

It wasn’t until I formulated my principle based training philosophy that my body really began to transform.

It doesn’t matter if you’re too skinny, too fat, too weak or have "bad genetics." This is because the training program is based on universal principles that work every single time they are applied. You just have to APPLY THEM!
